Pre-purchase Review

This is a review of the financial aspects of a franchise before it is purchased. It’s an important piece of franchise advice that is part of their due diligence. It needs an accountants perspective, specifically one who has franchise experience.  FAN has developed a specific format for this report which is available at a fixed price $965 +gst.

The report identifies the level of sales required to cover the running costs of the franchise and make a decent living. It also covers the most appropriate trading structure for their situation, the level of funding they may require and also the various registrations they will need to deal with.

We’ve prepared Pre purchase Reviews for over 150 different franchise brands. Once we get to know your brand we can incorporate that knowledge into the Reviews. That makes them more specific and relevant to your prospects.

 
Financial healthchecks for franchises

Business Health Check

The Business Health Check has been designed for franchise businesses. It checks the financial health of the franchise and measures performance against a range of indicators.  

If the Health Check shows that performance improvement is required, our FAN members work with the franchise owners to develop and implement specific strategies to improve their financial position.

Again, as we get to know your brand and the specific indicators which are important to you, we can factor these into the report. This makes it specific and relevant to your franchise partners.
